Serving the Automotive Industry

WAWA is a state trade association of businesses in the automotive aftermarket industry joining together to deal with management, financial, regulatory and legislative (state & federal) matters. A great deal is accomplished through active participation in the Association.

WAWA is governed by a Board of Directors who are always acting in behalf of the membership. They serve a three year term and represent the geographical area of Washington.

Founded in 1960

WAWA was founded in 1960 and grew to 106 members in 1964. Currently the membership numbers about 200 firms.  WAWA is a non-profit corporation which owns a subsidiary corporation through which it is able to offer many of its money-saving products and services such as bank card processing, group medical and dental plans and group buying on business forms and supplies. An association is a reflection of its membership. WAWA has active and involved members and is a strong organization.
